Can I return personalized items?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
Please pay close attention beforehand, for example: the size chart for textiles or the spelling of your personalization.

How are the goods shipped?

When packing our treasures, we value sustainable and plastic-free materials.
We send our packages Co2-neutrally with the Austrian Post.

Why are your textiles all made from organic cotton?

Cotton requires a lot of water and pesticides, which can lead to environmental pollution.

Organic cotton is an alternative to traditional cotton. The fabric is grown in an environmentally friendly way and no pesticides or chemicals are used. Organic cotton is therefore a more sustainable choice than traditional cotton. Organic cotton is also soft, durable and breathable. However, it is slightly more expensive to produce than conventional cotton.

Do Rollin'Art textiles have certifications?

Yes, our textiles almost exclusively come from manufacturers who have comprehensive certifications.

How is the textile printed?

We have different techniques at our disposal here.
We adapt the type of printing depending on the material and properties in order to achieve the best possible, long-lasting result.

Our environment and sustainability are important to us. Therefore, all of our inks are water-based and comprehensively certified.
